What is a porridge ??

Thick oatmeal eaten sweet or unsweetened, after addition of cold or hot milk or liquid cream. This is one of the traditional bases of breakfast in Anglo-Saxon countries. The star of the preparation is of course oats for its many virtues for the body:

  • Excellent source of fiber = Facilitates intestinal transit!
  • Helps reduce cholesterol
  • Helps to have a beautiful skin
  • Interesting for type 2 diabetics
